Refund policy
At Blenzo Studio, we want your shopping experience to be exceptional. If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer return options under the following conditions:
Returns and right of withdrawal
You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that it is not a personalised item, is in its original packaging, shows no signs of use, and has not been hung, displayed, or altered. The following are excluded from returns: personalised canvases with images provided by the customer, canvases with custom dimensions outside our standard formats, and canvases with an integrated frame.

Return costs and options
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or order errors. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to items returned for inspection and refurbishment.Once the return is approved, the customer may choose between: an exchange for a product of the same size (one free exchange only), a store credit valid for 12 months or a refund with the restocking fee applied.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To do so, please email support@blenzostudio.com with photographs of the damage and the packaging, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange collection and send a replacement at no additional cost.
