Orders and purchasing
How can I place an order?
Choose your artwork, select the format, and click “Add to cart”. That’s it.
Can I modify an order once it’s placed?
Yes, if it hasn’t entered production yet. Email us as soon as possible at support@blenzostudio.com.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Just let us know during checkout and we’ll remove any pricing details from the package.
Production and quality
How is the framed canvas printed?
We use high-resolution, professional-grade printers to ensure vibrant colours and sharp details in every print. Our printing process uses UV-resistant inks to prevent fading and keep your artwork looking vivid over time.
What kind of canvas do you use?
We print on 340 g/m² canvas made of 100% cotton, using long-lasting pigment-based ink
Are the artworks framed?
They come stretched on a wooden frame and ready to hang, but without an outer frame.
Who selects the images?
Artificial intelligence generates, but we are the ones who choose. Every step is guided by the curatorial judgement of our creative team.
Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Between 24–48 hours for Spain, and up to 7 working days depending on your location.
Where is it shipped from?
From Spain, directly from our local production partner.
Can I track my order?
Of course. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 calendar days if it’s in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item arrives damaged or there has been a mistake on our part.
How do I request a return?

Artworks and creative curation
Who creates the artworks?
The base image is generated by AI, but every piece is selected and validated by our creatives. Everything begins and ends with human curation.
Can I request a custom piece?
Not at the moment. All works are part of a carefully curated editorial selection.
Other
What are the care instructions for my BLENZO?
To keep your framed canvas looking its best, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading. Dust it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions on the canvas.
Is your production sustainable?
Yes. We print on demand and locally to avoid overproduction and reduce our carbon footprint.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. If you’re ordering more than 5 pieces, contact us and we’ll send you a personalised offer.
