Access your customer account

  • Click on the "Returns" or "Request a Return" link in the shop

  • Enter your email address

  • You will receive a 6-digit verification code by email

  • Enter the code to access your account (no password required)


Locate your order

  • Once logged in, you’ll see your order history

  • Find the order that includes the item you wish to return

  • You can only request returns for orders that have been shipped or delivered


Select the items to return

  • Click on the relevant order

  • Select the specific items you want to return

  • Indicate the quantity for each item (if you purchased multiples)

  • Please note that some items may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return


Provide return information

  • Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown list

  • Add any additional comments if needed

  • Review the summary showing applicable return shipping costs and/or restocking fees

  • Check the estimated refund amount


Finalise your request and send the package

  • Confirm your return request

  • You will receive an email with detailed instructions

  • If applicable, print the shipping label included in the email

  • Pack the items and attach the label

  • Send the parcel following the instructions provided

  • You can track the status of your return from your customer account


 

Once we receive and process your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the refund in accordance with our Refund policy
